The surface may be, profiled or stepped, tapered or straight. A cylindrical grinder is not unlike a lathe in operation as it rotates the object requiring grinding around a central axis.

A manual cylindrical grinder is designed to shape the outside of an object with a central axis of rotation such as a cylinder, ellipse, cam or crankshaft. The grinders in this category are controlled through manual or semi-automatic systems.

We use state-of-the-art conventional and CNC cylindrical grinding machines in our climate-controlled production environment. This enables us to guarantee our high level of precision with a maximum centre-to-centre distance of 1,000 mm with maximum diameter of 340 mm.
