No.3 Heavy Industries Enterprise is one of the leading manufacture of ordinary Portland cement, refractory brick, ceramic wares, high tension ceramic insulator, float glass, agricultural machinery and equipments in Myanmar. Since 1964, it was set up Administration of Ceramic Corporation.

Therefore, we entered into the cement industry with the name of Triple "A" Cement International Co. Ltd. for production and distribution of “AAA cement” in September 1998. The first factory at Kyauk Chao Villiage, Patheingyi Township, Mandalay State, Myanmar was built on land area of 16 Acres which expand to 30 Acres.

In 2018, the production volume of cement in Myanmar reached about 824 thousand metric tons.
